How to Use DVDFab Mac Blu-ray Player to Play ISO on Mac?

DVDFab Mac Blu-ray Player in fact can be used as a free ISO media player, since playing ISO on Mac is always one of its features no matter you pay for it or not. And the whole operation of ISO playback is very easy. Now I’ll lead you through a step by step tutorial about how to play ISO on Mac.


Play ISO on Mac Step 1: Download and install DVDFab Mac Blu-ray Player, then launch it

You can easily download the latest version of DVDFab Mac Blu-ray Player at DVDFab official website (dvdfab.cn), then install it on your Mac intuitively. After installation completed, just double click on its desktop shortcut to launch this program.


Play ISO on Mac Step 2: Load in ISO file

At the main interface of the program you can see the “Open File” option. As its name shows, it is used to open movie files for playing.


Click it to navigate to the location of your ISO files, then click on the very file you want this player to load. The loading process will take you no time.


Play ISO on Mac Step 3: Play and control

If the ISO file that has been loaded in is a DVD movie, then you can directly navigate and view it.


While if it’s a Blu-ray movie, then the player will ask you to choose one mode before playing. One is “Quick & Simple Mode”, the other is “Full Navigation Mode”.


If you want to view only the main movie title, or choose any title to play, then choose “Quick & Simple Mode” please. Under this mode, “Play” button leads to the play of the main movie title, “Other Titles” list includes other movie titles for you to choose. And at the same time, the basic movie info can be seen, about Director, Actors, Genres, Plot, etc.


If you want to get the full Blu-ray control and navigation experience, you should choose “Full Navigation Mode”. You’ll feel just like controlling on a physical Blu-ray player.


OK. Now you can enjoy your movie. Please note that the play control and some settings can be achieved by a few clicks on the screen at the same time when movie is being played.


Hovering mouse on the bottom of the screen will bring about a control bar for Pause, Stop, Play, Volume up, Volume down, Fast forward, Fast backward.


You want to view in a full screen? Just hover your mouse on the top, then set on the popping up control bar.


If you right click on the screen, a settings panel will appear. It is very useful. You can open another file through it; control the play; set audio and subtitles; and so on.
