Passkey is gone from desktop after I double-click to run it. What's going on?
Passkey is a Windows-based driver that runs on the air to descrypt movies/TV shows including DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-rays. After it starts up, it will automatically minimize to the systemtray, and then load and decrypt the disc in the drive. You can go to the systemtray area to load it and adjust its settings or rip the disc to hard drive as folder or ISO file.
