Why am I still being charged even though I have canceled my subscription?
This is probably because you did not complete the whole unsubscription procedure. After you follow the prompts in Member Center > Subscription > Cancel subscription, you will receive an email containing a link. And you need to click the link to confirm the unsubscription there.
