If you encounter problems while using the DVDFab, you can give us feedback and we will help you solve the problem.
1. You can submit the issue with details via the Menu > Feedback in the software. This way will attach the log file automatically.
2. You can also go to the Contact page to submit it, choose the corresponding options, and describe the problem in detail.
3. Send via email to service@dvdfab.cn directly.
Either way, a ticket will be created which can be found at the Member Center > Get Support. Our support team will get back to you soon.
