  1. Why can't I get discount price after enter the coupon code?

Please note that the coupon code must be in upper case. You can simply copy and paste them directly.

  1. What currencies are acceptable?

For VisaCard/MasterCard holders: currently accepted billing currencies are US dollar, Austrilian dollar, European dollar, Great Britan Pound, Hongkong dollar, and Russian Ruble; 

For JCB (from Japanese market only) holders: currently accepted billing currency is Chinese RMB only.

The exchange will be automatically done by the VisaCard/MasterCard issuing bank without additional costs.

  1. How to redeem my Amazon Gift Card?

The  Amazon Gift Card  is available at Member Center 30 days later after you purchase the All-In-One Gift package, you can sign in at with your purchased Email, check under the View My Products section, and you will see a notice on the upper area which says:

  1. What should I do if I have problem when ordering with credit card?

There are a few things could be considered:
1. Be sure that you and your bank authorize the payment. You can contact your issued card bank or company to see if they have blocked the transaction and lift the ban.
2. Make sure your card supports overseas payment and have sufficient fund.
3. Please do not run a VPN when order.
4. Try a different browser.
