  1. For Peacock, when receiving the message" You cannot download the videos simultaneously from multiple streaming services, to download from Peacock, please close Peacock first", what should I do?

It means that you have clicked Peacock in a row, please exit the program and try it again after a while.

  1. For YouTube, when receiving "Couldn't sign you in".

1.Sign to YouTube from Google Account and leave it open.

2.Open up StreamFab and try logging into YouTube again.

3.This time, it ask for password, just enter it.

  1. For Star+, a black screen appears after you click to start.

1.Make sure your internet connection is OK.

2.You can try to add the software to the trust list of antivirus software or firewall to prevent the software from being blocked.

3.Please clear up the "cache" folder at (C:\Users\xxx\Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\temp\cache) to try again.

  1. When receiving the message" Some updates have been made to Netflix Downloader in this version. It is now faster, stabler and supports to download EAC3 5.1 audios. But, to make the updates work, please

Please click OK, the Netflix account will be automatically logged out.

Then log in again . If you still get the same prompt, please log in with your email instead of your phone number to try it again.

  1. What can I do when HBOMax can not log in?

Please clear up the "cache" folder at (C:\Users\xxx\Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\temp\cache) to try again.

  1. What's the difference between MKV(FFmpeg) and MKV(MKVToolNix)?

MKV(FFmpeg) is FFmpeg mux mkv while MKV(MKVToolNix) is MKVToolNix mux mkv.

MKVToolNix downloads a slightly smaller file with a stricter file format. Both are currently not recoded, and both are repackaged and remuxed. All are official video decryption, and the downloaded video is the same as the official server video.

  1. What format does StreamFab download?

MP4 or MKV.

  1. When using Amazon Downloader, Turbo-Speed icon is not working.

Turbo-Speed can only be used on YouTube Downloader, not for the websites in VIP Service.

  1. What should I do if it shows the temporary directory is out of space?

You can change the storage output path ( or change to another disc or clean up the contents of the following two folders:

C:\Users\xxx\Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\Output

C:\Users\xxx\Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\Temp\outputTemp

  1. Why can't I download the video?

Please first make sure you can playback the video in the normal browser.
