DVDFab DVD Copy --- Full Disc
Full Disc is one of the 6 copy modes of DVD Copy. It is used to copy all the content of a DVD source (disc, folder, or ISO image file) to a DVD5 or DVD9 (disc, folder or ISO image file). This tutorial is about how to copy DVD with Full Disc mode using DVDFab DVD Copy.
1. Start up DVDFab, choose Copy option, select Full Disc mode.
After Copy option is chosen, please make sure the copy mode is Full Disc. If not, click the copy mode icon to bring about all the copy modes, then go to select Full Disc.
2. Load in the source DVD
Just load in the source DVD according to the instruction on the interface: insert a DVD disc or click on Add button or drag and drop in a file.
3.1 Volume Label and Output
On the bottom left corner, you can rename the output in the Volume Label box, and you can choose a target size of DVD5 or DVD9 for the Output and at the same time you can see the compression ratio if there is any compression.
Click the Preview button then you can preview the content of the source.
Click the Info button then you can see detailed information about the source.
3.4 Output directory
There are 3 types of the output directory: disc, folder and ISO image file. Disc is for burning the source into a DVD disc. Folder is for saving the output as a movie folder/ fileset on the hard drive of the PC. ISO image file will save the output as an ISO image file on the hard drive of the PC.
4. Start copy
If everything is OK, just hit Start button to start copy.
If the output is set to be a disc, you will be asked to insert a disc to start write process. Just insert a DVD5 or a DVD9 blank disc according to the output size you have set. Then copy process begins.
If the output is set to be a folder or an ISO image file, the copy process begins directly and you can see detailed progress info.
You can set the action to your PC after the task finished: do nothing, exit program, hibernate, or shut down automatically.
OK. Done. Soon after you will get what you want.
