I've looked for days and finally I've found some people talking about DVDFab DVD to Blu-ray Converter and download to try some time. It works quite nice. So I paid for it. I love this app very much!

DVDFab DVD to Blu-ray Converter for Mac can read the contents of all DVD discs/ISOs/folders, and merge DVD titles from several DVDs to HDD in one Blu-ray disc/ISO/folder.
Double click DVDFab 12, and select Copy from the option bar. Afterwards, click on Copy Mode Switcher and choose To Blu-ray.
Insert the DVD disc you want to convert into your optical drive, or navigate to it with the Add button on the main page. If your source is an ISO file or folder, you can simply drag and drop it into the main page.
Select the titles, audio tracks and subtitles you want to copy after the source loads, choose the output media size and output path. Click Next after you finish.
Drag the titles you have chosen and rearrange the playback positions as needed. Click Next after you finish.
Choose one playback menu you like from the templates provided, or opt for No Menu if you don't need one. Click Next after you finish.
Click the Start button and DVDFab will immediately begin converting DVD to Blu-ray and provide you with detailed progress info throughout the process. You can cancel the task at anytime, and you can set your PC to automatically shut down, exit program, hibernate or do nothing when the conversion is complete.
