Why is the download speed so slow?
As for the download speed, it's the streaming services allocating bandwidth.
5mbps sounds close to the minimum you would need if you were streaming HD content in real time.
You may also check your system resources, something else may be hogging your bandwidth.

Why can't I download multiple videos on Netflix Downloader?
Only YouTube related websites support downloading multiple videos( up to 5 at a time).

My downloaded videos do not have subtitles, what should I do?

Why I pasted the URL in the software, it failed?
The method of pasting the URL is only for YouTube related websites, not for VIP Services section.
For the websites in VIP Services, take Netflix Downloader for example, you may click Netflix and then search for videos you want to download, or paste the URL at the top URL bar of Netflix Downloader.

What should I do when upgrading StreamFab but it failed?
You can click http://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm to directly download and install the latest version of StreamFab to get update.

Can StreamFab download live video?
There is currently no plan to add support for live video downloads.

What do I do when Apple TV Plus Downloader prompts age restrictions？
Please start playing episodes with age verification in the StreamFab browser and confirm the age verification.
