Step 1: Load the DVD source
Run DVDFab 11, choose “Ripper” module and load the DVD source according to the instruction on the main interface.
If you want to extract an entire audio track, please skip Step 2, and go to Step 3. To extract audio clip, read Step 2 to learn the right operation.
Step 2: Choose a video format and trim the video
Go to the profile library at the top-left corner and click Format > Video > General to choose one video format, for example, MP4. Then click the “Editor” icon to go to the Editor panel where you can trim the video. Click “Trim” tab, and then you can drag the start tab and end tab below the video timeline to trim out the video (audio) part you don’t want. After the work is done, click “OK” button to go back to the main interface.
Step 3: Choose an audio format
Go to the profile library at the top-left corner and click Format > Audio to choose an audio format you want, for example, MP3.
Step 4: Customize your audio
When the DVD source is loaded in, the main movie title will be selected by default, but you are able to choose other titles here. You are also able to change the title name and choose the audio track you want. You can also click the “Advanced Settings” panel to set the audio parameters.
Step 5: Select a directory and start the conversion process
Click the “Folder” icon to select a directory to save the output audio and then hit the “Start” button to start the process of extracting audio from DVD.
