Why is DVDFab not seeing my UHD drive even it is connected?
If the UHD drive can be recognized by your computer, it should be able to be seen by DVDFab too, you may try the following:
a). Disconnect, reconnect the UHD drive (using another USB port), and then reboot your computer. Please do not connect the drive through a USB hub.
b). Manually enable the UHD drive from the Device Manager.
