How to get regular film sound track rather than the director narrated audio track for movie ripping?

If you are experiencing issues that all you can hear is the audio description after ripping the DVD/Blu-ray, you can refer to the following to help you resolve the problem:

1. Preview the audio streams after selecting the main title to identify the correct track you need.

2. Normally, the correct track format should be an AC-3/5.1 or DTS track, as the AC-3/2 track is often used for commentary or narration. Look for a track on the main interface under the Audio tab.

3. Select the appropriate track for copying or ripping.
