How to solve the problem that the UHD Drive Tool does NOTHING after you click it?
When encountering the problem that UHD Drive Tool doesn't responde after you click on it, you can try steps below:
1. Please exit DVDFab13, go to the path where you installed DVDFab13, find the file UHDDriveTool.xml under ...\Program Files\DVDFab 13\Plugins, and delete it.
2. After that, run DVDFab13, go to Home > Utilities in DVDFab 13, and click the UHD Drive Tool to see the result.
3. If the problem persists, please provide the log files named DVDFab13.log and UHD Drive Tool.log to us to look into it.
