DVDFab for Windows Is Now Available

Fengtao Software Inc. has today released DVDFab for Windows platform. The new version comes out supporting several new titles that are embedded with the Cinavia water marks, and adding the conversion profiles for some newly debuted smart phones. Read on for the detailed information.

As usual, DVDFab added the support to some new Java protections, and meanwhile, with this version, customers will be able to cope with the Cinavia water marks applied to the recent movie titles such as By the Sea, The Lobster, Wolf Totem 3D, The Boss, The Thing (2011), The Forest (2016), Sisters, Saint Laurent and Miles Ahead. Equally important in this version are the added conversion profiles specially designed for a couple of new smart phones from major manufacturers, including G5 from LG, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus from Apple and Galaxy Note 7 from Samsung.

In the fixes list, DVDFab fixed a problem that DTS-HD Master 7.1 turns into AC-3/7.1 audio when opening the Blu-ray Star Trek Tng Season 7; a crash problem when converting Blu-ray sources to mkv.passthrough videos with PCM audio tracks; a problem that the subtitles of the mp4 videos converted from Blu-rays are flickering in certain cases; a noise problem when playing back the PCM audio tracks of converted .avi files in certain cases, and some minor changes and improvements.

There are two ways to update to DVDFab for Windows, one is to make a direct live update from within the software client itself, the other is to manually download the executable file from DVDFab’s official website and then do a fresh installation. The download link is available at
